Während die iPhone-Version von Angry Birds das Update bereits vor gut einer Woche erhalten hat (Bericht hier), bekommt nun auch die iPad-Version Angry Birds HD ihr Update auf Version 1.4.2. Diese enthält genauso wie beim kleinen Bruder u.a. 15 neue Levels, allerdings keine Game-Center-Unterstützung. Warum nicht? Schlicht und ergreifend, weil es noch kein Game Center auf dem iPad gibt. Dies wird erst mit dem neuen iOS, welches noch dieses Jahr erscheinen soll, verfügbar sein.
